If the abuse occurred while a member of Covenant Life Church or in a church connected to Sovereign Grace Ministries (aka Sovereign Grace Churches, Inc.), contact the Special Victims Investigation Division in Montgomery County, Maryland. They are the most knowledgeable regarding the conspiracy to commit and cover-up the abuse of children in the denomination. They can assist other jurisdictions.
